Vertical Yoga: rock climbing and yoga classes during weekend
We have already started with Yoga & Rock Climbing Weekends. This activity is dedicated to those of you who would like to enjoy rock climbing and yoga asanas with deep relaxation during the same day. That is perfect way to be focused on your body and soul: during 1 or 2 days you can try breathing techniques (pranayamas), asanas, meditation and pure pleasure of rock climbing. Our aim is to fill you up with energy and help you with stand with any kind of stress.
This mixed offer is continous during all summer and autumn.
